岗位职责：
Duties：1.接听或拨打家长电话并做好相应记录 employee should keep in touch with the parents of the students and record the information.2.预约家长来访并做相应提醒 employee should make appointments and keep them informed about the latest events in our school.3.家长电话跟踪回访 employee should interview the parents regularly.4.网络咨询客服 employee is in charge of the online consulting service.岗位要求：Job requirements：1.大专以上学历（条件优异者可适当放宽学历要求），声音甜美，懂当地方言。
The candidate should possess at least a diploma and with sweet vocal. The candidate would be asked to understand the local dialect.2.心细，反应敏捷，能够较为准确的处理各种诉求。
