岗位职责:
Responsibilities:1. Direct daily activities of Course Consultants to achieve sales goals, monitor and support centers service operations. Guarantee center staff adherence to all WSE policies and procedures.指导课程顾问完成销售目标,支持并监督售后服务,并保证中心员工在运营中遵守公司规章制度。
2. Provide sales and service trainings to CCs, recruitment and training support for all positions.为课程顾问提供销售和售后服务培训,为中心员工提供招聘和培训支持。
3. Support and assist the Service Manager to manage the performance of the service team.协助服务经理管理服务团队4. Lead corporate business development and relationship building in the territory around the center and with students. Coordinate cross-territory and cross-region corporate sales.领导公司商业发展和关系建设,协调跨领域,跨地区的销售运营。
5. Support Regional Mandating Manager for promotion activities and assist with any PR related activities in the territory.为区域销售经理提供营销支持,并协助相关的公关事宜。
6. Work closely with Finance, IT, HR and Construction Departments for general administration.与财务,IT,人事,建设部门紧密合作,完善日常行政管理工作。
任职资格:
1. Have 3 year orabove international retail environment3年或以上国际零售企业的工作经验2. Have management experience in multi-national companies拥有管理经验3. Advanced sales and marketing skills.良好的销售市场营销技能4. Good communication skills and ability for solving problems良好的人际沟通技巧和处理问题和矛盾冲突的能力5.
