岗位职责：
Job PurposeTo support High Voltage discrete product development and sustaining in PCIA product line.Duties and Responsibilities? New Product development with AOP projects and NIR/Stampoff projects.? IMR, test program and BOM setup? Product characterization, product datasheets generation & website info maintenance? Marketing support for technical support with customer requests ? PQA support? Mass production support in Spec, Low yield, Fab and Assy transfer and Process changes etc? Product sustaining and customer support till end of product life cycle.? Maintain work environment to 5S standard.? Conform work procedure and product to meet Fairchild and International quality, safety and environmental quality standards.QualificationsBSEE or equivalent (Master degree preferred), with over 2 yrs product or test engineering experience in power discrete (Power MOSFET), Functional Power IC (including multi-chip) or related products. Good communication skills – verbal and written. Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work efficiently with multi-functional groups across different locations.
